Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by stock availability, supplier delays, courier delays, public holidays, access restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct.

You must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the delivery of the product ordered. This includes, where applicable, checking doorways, staircases, lifts, passages and room dimensions.

Topolansky will not be responsible for failed delivery, additional delivery costs, or product return costs caused by incorrect information, restricted access, or unsuitable delivery conditions.

9. Collection

Where collection is available, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Products must be collected within the agreed timeframe. Topolansky may charge storage fees or cancel the order if products are not collected within a reasonable period after notification.

The person collecting the order may be required to provide proof of purchase and identification.

10. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the product passes to you once full payment has been received.

Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery or collection.

Once the product has been delivered or collected, you are responsible for its care, use and safekeeping.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange where the product has been used, damaged, altered, assembled incorrectly, handled negligently, or is not returned in a resaleable condition.

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, accidental damage, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or unauthorised repairs will not be regarded as a defect.
